The prefabricated level tray is invisible because it is covered by the chosen tiling. The final aesthetic is a completely flat shower floor and at the same level as the rest of the bathroom.

The slopes of the shower are hidden under the tiles, receiving the water that filters through the joints, and finally evacuating through the drain. It includes a horizontal siphon drain, located in the centre of the tray and positionable at 360°.

The level shower tray, in addition to having a self-cleaning surface with antibacterial and fungicidal sanitary treatment, has a profiling system to
easily lift the tiling. Thus allowing access to the interior of the tray and to the siphon drain.

tray and tiling measures

The different measures of the level shower tray, permit the installation of different forms of tiles provided that we cover at least one of the distances of the tray, either the width or length (as appropriate). The tiles to choose will preferably be porcelain ceramic.

The pavement to be laid must have the following characteristics:
THE LENGTH OF THE FLOOR TILE MUST BE AT LEAST THE SAME AS THE NARROWEST PART OF THE SHOWER TRAY. IN NO CASE THE PART MAY BE LESS.
– Dimensions: 3.8 cm less than the edges of the shower tray in the direction in which they will be placed.
– Minimum breaking force: 1100 N (test according to ISO 10545-4).
– Minimum thickness: 7.5 mm.
– The tiles to choose will preferably be a porcelain floor.
ATTENTION: the floor tiles used to place on the tray must be and will have the appropriate essential characteristics to solve the requirements related to the CE marking in the category of shower trays.

2. drain with water trap

Drain with water trap (convertible into straight drain) for the invisible level shower tray with HORIZONTAL outflow (40 mm). It is placed at the centre of the tray and can be rotated through 360 °.

3. perimeter band

DRY50 connecting band of 0.13 x 5 m/l for the treatment and waterproofing of the joints between the horizontal and vertical surfaces.

4. trim piece for the walls

14 mm x 14 mm compact PVC finish. On the raised side of the shower floor against the wall, it serves as a support bracket to prevent friction between the ceramic pieces. On the other side, against the wall, it acts as a decorative strip for a better finish. Its dovetail bottom favours the grip of the REVESTECHflex adhesive. 2 units of the longest shower floor dimension are included.

5. tiling frames

PVC profiles which serve to secure the tiles to the shower floor. They prevent movement of the parts and facilitate lifting for cleaning. 2 units of the longest shower floor dimension are included.
